Product Trainings on The Psychometric World tools.

This course prepares you to sell and position WPI-Pro: to explain what it measures, quote its figures accurately, and know where its boundaries are. It is the interactive edition, so most of your time goes on doing things rather than reading. You will place the twenty factors into their clusters, explore an Assessment Report rebuilt from the sample data, rebuild the sourced sentences figure by figure, and hold six client conversations where what you choose changes what the client says next.

There are nine modules and most people finish in about two hours. The final assessment is 25 questions and you need 20 correct to pass. You can retake it as often as you like, and your best attempt is the one that counts.

What it does not do is qualify you to interpret a candidate's report. Interpretation belongs to qualified psychometric test users, and colleagues without that training can get there through LRC or another internationally recognised training organisation.

Status: draft. Subject-matter-expert review outstanding.

The interactive edition of the EQiP sales-enablement course. Nine modules where you click, drag, decide and rehearse rather than read: place the fourteen facets, explore a real specimen report, rebuild the confident sentences, and hold six client conversations where your choice changes what the client says next.

About 120 minutes. The final assessment is 25 questions at 80 per cent, which is 20 correct, with unlimited attempts and your highest attempt counting.

This course prepares you to position and sell EQiP. It does not qualify you to interpret an EQiP report for a candidate. EQiP is a Level-2 instrument: interpretation and feedback require a Level-2 qualification in psychometric testing.

A working course for the people who sell, resell and explain SP3D. You will finish able to say what the instrument measures and how it was built, quote its published evidence with the right scope attached, walk a client through the real Sales Potential Report, use the manual’s own cut-off and matching logic correctly, and stop short of the claims the documentation does not carry.

About 120 minutes across ten modules. Six client conversations you decide before you read, six practice activities and a 25-question final assessment at 80 per cent, which is 20 correct. You can retake it.

This course does not qualify you to give feedback on an SP3D report. Feedback requires an IIBP Level-2 qualification or equivalent; administration requires Level-1. What the manual does permit anyone to do is read the computer-generated report and its built-in interpretation, and this course teaches you to do that well.

A working course for the people who sell, resell and explain EP-09. You will finish able to describe the instrument accurately, quote its published figures in the right units, read an Entrepreneurship Report well enough to hold a credible conversation, and stop short of the claims the documentation does not carry.

About 95 minutes across eight modules. Five worked client cases, guided practice on a simulated profile, and a 20-question final assessment at 80 per cent, which is 16 correct. You can retake it.

This course does not qualify you to interpret an EP-09 report for a candidate. The report states that interpretation needs an IIBP Level-2 qualification (or the BPS equivalent it also names).
